 (3) Smooth surface, accurate size, small machining allowance
The cast iron profile is formed inside the graphite sleeve. Graphite has high fire resistance and does not get wet with molten iron. Also, the holes inside the graphite sleeve can be machined with high precision, so the surface of the cast iron profile is smooth and accurate and easy to machine directly into parts.
(4) Uniform hardness and good processing performance
Compared with cinnabar mold casting, cast iron profile has high strength and low hardness characteristics, and its structure is uniform and dense, so it has excellent cutting performance.
